Healthy communities.

Catch the Wave of new organizational momentum.

Now more than ever, community organizations and government agencies require fresh perspectives and strategic tools to renew objectives, develop forward-thinking policies, invigorate their people and strengthen services, enabling them to move with, not against, the turning tide of change. Those in the social services and health care sectors face a particularly challenging future. Does this sound like your organization?

Wave Consulting can help.

Our comprehensive services will assist you in defining your organization's objectives and developing practical strategies to achieve them. We customize our approach to meet your particular needs, for the organization as a whole, or for specific initiatives.

Why "Wave"?

We think it's a natural metaphor for a healthy organization in which all people, programs and policies are strategically in sync, moving purposefully in the same direction, toward a common goal. Our own processes, drawn from decades of experience, are adaptive and fluid. We recognize that every organization is unique. That is why Wave Consulting offers support services that are flexible, thoughtful, community-oriented and, most importantly, effective.
