With three decades experience, consultant Dyan-Dunsmoor Farley brings passion and commitment to her work.

Dyan Dunsmoor-Farley

Dyan's areas of specialization are project management, strategic planning and team building. She has advised (British Columbia) provincial ministers in six administrations on social and health policy in the areas of child care, child welfare, income support, youth justice, mental health, addictions, services to children with special needs and adults with development disabilities, continuing care, women's equality and Aboriginal issues prior to founding Wave Consulting Ltd. A founding member of the Community Social Services Employers' Association, and  former national Co-Chair of the Canadian Health Network Advisory Board, Dyan is currently the president of the Gabriola Land and Trails Trust.  She is a  former member of the BC Forensic Psychiatric Services Commission, and the former Chair of her neighbourhood association. When she isn't working, Dyan is an avid gardener, photographer , and sports enthusiast.
